- A native of Las Cruces, Bill Quinones has been building Las Cruces homes since 1973. He has watched Las Cruces grow from a quaint agricultural town to a thriving, diverse community. From the North Valley to Mesilla, Picacho Hills to High Range, hundreds of Quinones homes dot the Mesilla Valley and Southern New Mexico. These homes have contributed to the area’s unique culture, architectural style and natural backdrop.
